You working with an Idaho dealer? Most local to me are pretty arrogant.......is why I hate buying vehicles, wish we could bypass dealer altogether. I bought out of market last time, and probably will again.

According to Ram Chat. If they have a build sheet then the Truck has been completed.

That was my hunch too. I had already agreed to close the deal that day, which I needed for my personal rebate. So, no big deal doing it quickly.

That being said, it seems like an unnecessary tactic and raises the question of trust if the price increase doesn’t happen. Plenty of other ways to get me to close quickly that couldn’t be verified by me.

You should be able to tell if there was a price increase by using the Ram Builder thing. Between the time I started talking with my dealer, and ordered, there was a $250 increase in price. Curiously, I checked the builder, and oddly enough it showed the price change as well.

I thought I'd be able to do the same thing, but it doesn't appear to be keeping up at the moment. There's currently a $600 price discrepancy between the builder and the POC build sheet at this point for the base MSRP.

Definitely moving faster than I expected after reading a lot of other posts. I know not having any factory added options that required going to the third party installer probably helped cut down some wait time.

Nice. We ordered similar trucks on the same day, 3/31.

I talked to Phillip Olson last night and it appears my truck is in paint right now and he expects it to ship this week. I did get the spray in bed liner, so that might take some extra time.

Well, just off the phone... Good news is that the train arrived at midnight. Bad news is that it has yet to be unloaded, so big question as to whether it will be ready for my possession on Friday.
 
I took delivery of my truck yesterday. 2500 Tradesman CTD. It was ordered March 3rd, so exactly 2 months from order date. I'm really enjoying it so far, overall fit and finish seems to be great, I've looked over everything pretty closely and not seeing any issues. Just need to get some new wheel and tires on it ASAP, it looks kind of ridiculous with the 245/70 r17's on it!

I really hope my truck is on the same train heading to Winston-Salem. My delivery date keeps getting pushed back because of train issues.

It’s very likely they are, I wonder how long they will sit at the lot they unload them before the dealer can get them.

Cryptostickers found my build sheet today... woohoooo!!! Officially excited!

So it appears the truck is built and getting ready to ship 4 weeks and 6 days after I ordered.

I'm secretly hoping it happens the week of 5/17. I won't be eligible for the PenFed rebate till 5/17, which I'd like to take advantage of. This also aligns with the RAM Chat estimated delivery too.

I just chatted with Ramchat and they are advising ETA to dealer (Bud Clary in WA) is 5/19 to 6/2.

I haven’t found any rebates yet unfortunately. Last time I tried to use USAA they had a higher rate than the dealer got me so kinda useless and they don’t have their car buying service anymore. I’ve signed up for Ram updates and also ordered a brochure in hopes they’d send one with it so we’ll see.

Just heard from salesman. Ordered loaded 3500 LL on 4/12. Truck is built, awaiting rail transport. Ram says we should have it by end of month...
