Next Wednesday will be 90 days since the "service solution" announcement.
I had faith they would do something too. At that point, it will be officially all gone. The 'Rona is a tired excuse for sloppy customer service. If you can't figure out what you're going to do in 90 days as any type of business owner, you're incompetent. Even if you're not going to release the fix for awhile (if there is one) because of Rona shortage, at least announce the damn thing. Again, if it's a simple warranty extension, 90 days is plenty to have a lawyer and bean counter draft up some official docs.
