But a lot of those shipping appear to just be sitting- and it's very difficult to find out where and why. This has been like this for months. My truck was built and I had a reasonable expectation that it might actually arrive a week or even 10 days early. But ETAs kept getting pushed back and pushed pack and now I'm looking at maybe getting it 6 weeks late. it's frustrating because the customers and the dealers are just mushrooms when it comes to knowing what is going on.

I get it... I have been reading here that shippers are hard to come by. With so many trucks heading north that could definitely be a stall point. Not much anyone can do.
That is a reasonable, logical, and believable reason. So why not tell customers that if true?

Just to answer your question, no I don't have what I now know to be called a "POC" which would document the exact options that were ordered - I wish I had all the info from this forum before ordering! I think Canadian consumer protection laws are different than those south of the border. I believe, at least in Ontario that incentives are in effect from time of order to time of delivery. You get the best one during that time frame. At least that is what my dealer stated. Right now they are offering $6250 on Ram trucks with diesels. 5000 cash and 1250 rebate. The rebate is taken off the tax in price. One thing for sure, given the amount of time from order to delivery to Canadians on these trucks most of us could get our money back based on the 90 days time limit. LOL
Welp just got my latest update from RamCares. Once again the same message except the delivery window is tighter; 23-25 March, which matches up with what my dealer updated me on yesterday.
I ordered the same day, 2/10, same opt but Delmonico Red. No build / window sticker yet but you give me hope! Thanks!
Don’t get your hopes up too much. My LATEST email from RamCares gave me an estimated delivery date of 3/16-3/22 and we’ve obviously blown through that one again with no further communication. My order date was 12/5, gas.
That’s not what I was hoping to hear. I’m well inside my 3/19-4/2 delivery window, and was really hoping to have it by then. The most frustrating part is that it’s sitting on a Stellantis lot in Benicia, CA, just 4 hours away. I’d be happy to go drive and pick it up!
Yes, the truck is always at the rail yard waiting....and no one can figure out why.
