2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

why not just sleep in the truck save the money and power nap and continue stop again when your tired and power nap and continue on. that's what I would do if it was me driving from MD. luckely I only have to go 10 miles or less.from.my dealer. glad I ordered locally fuel prices are way up from Nov and Dec would have cost me the ssmr to buy from md if not a few hundred cheaper in today's fuel prices.
That's what I did, power napped in the truck at my favorite rest stops on I-10. The East bound one at the Louisiana/Mississippi line is a really nice one. I averaged 20.1 mpg on the 800 mile drive home.

Any good diesel prices you remember along the 10 Eastbound? I’ve got my Escapees card, and I waited too long to sign up for TDS to use on this trip. I’ve seen some deals in the $4.60s around Lafayette, need to look more around Tallahassee, but if you have any recommendations I’m all ears.

Ordered Dec. 30th , built Feb.15/16 and driven off the MD lot last Tuesday. Waiting for a train took up most of the time.
Awesome. I live in Oklahoma, so not too far from point of entry from the southern border. Hopefully once it’s built I get it a little quicker. You loving it so far?

what transmission do you have> I have the 4.10 and only got 14mpg on the 200 mile drive home.

Hi, I'm new here and just ordered a 3500 Laramie probably too many extras. Rear Air Bags, sun roof, Ho Diesel ,Trailor surround view and the list goes on . Black Night edition . Proby should of went Limited but with all I wanted it was going to go over 100 grand and that just sounded a lot worse than $94000 . Any way The story goes I Bought a new 2500 diesel last October but had to settle for what I could find on the lot which was still really nice .But in January I went into my dealer in Indiana to get the truck serviced and They really wanted my truck and offered me $4000 more than I paid for it .So then my wheels started to turn and you can guess what happened next I ordered a new 3500 with what I wanted on it. I have never ordered any vehicle before always never had the patience for it but now I'm in a nice truck so didn't think it would be hard to wait But I was wrong here I am reading all your stories and cant wait but I will make it . Ordered it 1/29 and I got the Vin 3 days later .The dealer called me a while back and said I had a Est. shipping date of 4/13 and that started the blood flowing but that didn't happen and it is still in D step . But the dealer showed me a truck that was ordered 5 days after mine from him and it was is in paint last Monday. Its just frustrating . I got on Ram Chat but she had no more info and just said ( I have no Information ) about five times .So I stopped asking . I asked if I had ordered a Limited would I have got the parts first before a Laramie and guess what she said yep ! ( I have no information ) .Thanks for letting me ramble it helps I know allot of you have waited longer than me so Ill stop whining .
Thank for the shoulder. Sorry for the Grammer I went to a country school.

Did you see the post a few pages back regarding the current list of "no-go" hot items? NE, Sunroof, pretty much the entire "Max Tow Package"... sorry bud

Yes sir , but that's the whole point is to order what I want already have one that is ok . think I ordered everything on that list lol

Yeah, just didn't see what gearing she had, and not in her signature either.

Gotcha, I’m just hoping for 16, but anything is better than what I’m getting on 37s

Picked up my truck at Chapman in Horsham, PA a little over 4 months from ordering. Everything was exactly as ordered and refreshingly simple and easy to do. Would completely recommend if you're in the Northeast. The only negative has nothing to do with the dealership, just that the truck was shipped and sat for nearly a month waiting for a ride north versus others which go by train compared to those going to MD. That said, it was great having a simple drive to the dealership.

Old on the left, new toy on the right.
I second this, I ordered a 2500 diesel Tradesman 1/6 and it was built 3/5 waiting to ship. Ashley was a pleasure to deal with answered emails immediately with all the progress reports. I checked in once a month and was promptly sent the updates from D to KZ now. I highly recommend this dealer.

Just checking, welcome to the suck! Honestly the conversations kinda keep it mellow, like a rehab sponsor this group is always there! Just find a hobby or work to keep your mind occupied. I lucked out and was dealing with the military’s retirement process and the VA debacle that comes with it (hasn’t been completely horrible).

I’ve been in this purgatory since November and I’ve seen a number of guys before me get their trucks, but I’ve also seen a couple who have been here before me still waiting. I’m finally picking up Tuesday which will make 5 months and 8 days (159 days), since I ordered. The truck showed up 1 week and 5 days past the suggested 20 week wait plus another week to set up delivery, I’d say I’m satisfied.
