What did you do TO your RAM today?

Mine clears everything now but I obviously don’t have a cap and eyeballing it, the arm looks like it would be close right as the door closes or starts to open.

My poor old tradesman is a garage queen, like to keep it that way. Although if I can’t, lift and tires for the win if she has to go outside.
Oh mine sure won’t get in far enough to close the garage door so I don’t have the same problems as you.

How do you like the King shocks? Which ones did you get and were they by Thuren? I am debating about order a full set but wanted to get real world feedback. Everyone tells me that these trucks ride great but I can only imagine it gets better with a set of proper King's on it
I love my King Shocks, I got everything from Carli, did the full 3.25 Pin Top kit., with rear leaf option. The ride is night and day difference. It was pricey but worth every penny.

Installed a set of Timber Grove air bags.

Installed a ham radio today. It was the first time I've done a mobile install. The unit fits under the driver's seat and the faceplate is on a lido cupholder mount. I was able to run the power and coax through a plastic drain plug in the floor also under the seat. Power went under the rocker and up the fender well to the battery. Coax went the opposite direction along the rocker and up inside the truck bed to the antenna mounted on a stake pocket. Lots of room to work under these big trucks.

What flares are those?
Bushwacker OEM. 3/4” additional coverage. I got them at realtruck.com, I found they had the best price.

What radio? Pictures?

Kenwood TM-D710G. I’m not too crazy about the positioning of the cup holder mount so I’m going to try one that fastens to the seat bolt. I’m also going to add an automatic power off switch so I don’t kill the battery when I eventually forget to turn the radio off. Antenna is a Pulse Larsen NMO2 dual band, the stake pocket mount is from Breedlove mounts. It's the "short" stake pocket mount with an so-239 to NMO connector. The top of the truck bed rail is not dead level so the antenna is a little cockeyed, so I might sand a little off of the base of the Breedlove mount or I might bend the antenna at the bottom a little.
Here are some pictures.

Its a Go Rhino # D360T

I bought it for my Power Wagon and transferred it over to the Dually. Kinda keeps people off my ass in a parking lot too.
This is the ultimate stay the F back "step" 300lbs of plate steel and lead. Makes the truck ride pretty damn good when its in too! built as a counterweight for my plow truck.

Posted in the deals thread, figured I’d share here also.

Ryobi 1600 PSI pressure washer for $68 at HD. Great unit for light house duties. Works great with a foam canon if you swap out for a 1.1mm orifice.

Note: It wouldn’t add to cart on my phone, but was able to purchase on my PC.

YMMV - It wasn’t available for awhile, but then showed back in stock. May need to keep checking. Currently showing in stock for me.

Not anything done to my Ram but For my Ram

Converting my dump trailer to adjustable 5thwheel from a fixed terrible hight 5thwheel , can also use for GN too

It always sat terribly nose high and if i had air in my bags on the hitch (3” of lift) it was lifting the front axle off the ground so i gathered some old material drops from around the shop to change it

Here is a bad picture but just what i started with

Drilled some adjustment holes 8” worth of adjustment B7883035-92DE-4C39-BF0B-7651134553F6.jpeg

Cut off the old king pin and turned it down to a 10” plate from the large square 14x12 plate it was and tacked it on

Here is still just tacked but how it sits The trailer was on higher ground thats why it looks nose low but on the shop floor it was 1” nose high so when loaded it would be level
