Also, my friend picked his truck up at the same dealership four days after me and the dealer had already done the update.

I would not leave with the truck until you check that that has been performed.

Tap the Vehicle icon, then tap Settings, scroll on the left to Systems Information, tap on Version Information.

After the TSB, you should be running S21.B.5-PROD

I called in four times and out of those four times, 2 agents quoted me status codes and 2 repeated the same jargon that Ramchat gave me. If you get the right people on the other end they are extremely helpful and nice to deal with.

I keep getting the ones that say "I'll find out what's going on and someone will call you back". Apparently "Someone " is on vacation or fired because he still hasn't called.
 
My MC HO Limited SRW was built 10/7. It’s now sitting somewhere in storage in Mexico. My latest POC says it should be shipped 10/25. How if at all will this recall (checked my VIN and no recalls found…) affect those of us with trucks in JS (storage)? Will they still ship these trucks to the dealer or keep them until a fix is in place? Like many of you I am running up against a hard deadline and I am not really a fan of “cutting it close”….

I noticed that too, first time I have been able to build a 2022 Ram 3500, finally.

Sure hope that isnt the case. Mine is sitting in storage with yours and it needs to be here before the end of the year.

I ordered 6/25 3500 Laramie CC Hemi, Delmonico red, LB, level 2, with all the cameras, last I heard It was built and chilling in Mexico without an eta for its trip way up north. 3C63R3JJ9NG116917

Just an update, my truck has been sitting on a rail car in Mexico for 10 days now. Yesterday afternoon my salesman informed me that there have been no changes. The delivery date is still showing early November, but I am internalizing mid December.

At least tou know it was built. That's one problem out of the way.
