Sort of like welding the steering linkage on my '17...Exactly. Wonder if the first fix didn’t work well. IMO it sounded like a bandaid versus a true corrective action.

Hemis are still rolling on the line. What does this mean for Hemi trucks? Will they keep rolling down the production line or does the line stop now for all trucks?
My ship date changed 4 times, you will get used to it.Another estimated ship date passes and still not even a build sheet... Maybe the 4th one will be the one..
Hell, it has probably changed more than that at this point, I just don't have the access to see it change every time like you do haha... I'd probably go crazy if I didMy ship date changed 4 times, you will get used to it.
Using the sheet to judge what’s being built isn’t the best idea. Look at what the dealers are getting. Example, Dave Smith at one point had 60+ 2022 tradesmen/Bighorns and 1 limited and a handful of Laramie.Hate to disagree with your disagreement, but 58 of the 119 build sheets are Limited or Longhorn (49% of the build sheets) while they make up 31% of the orders (143 of 457).
51 of the 58 built were ordered on or after 6/8
I was just curious. Trying to tie a ship date and production date together. I've noticed some correlation between ship date and delivery date. Approximately 27 days. It looks like the estimated ship dates and equipment listings are really close to each other. Start of production to ship date is approximately 10-15 days is what I'm gathering from the crowdsource sheet. Obviously some are longer, some are shorter, and some are going un-noticed by RAM all together. This is just my observation on the subject. I'm sure someone out there with more knowledge would correct me.That hasn't changed, I don't count on that for much anyway, it still says 10/29
Maybe I can get 20% off MSRP and sign a waiver.New Safety Recall Advanced Communication – Y76
FCA US LLC (FCA US) has announced a safety recall on certain 2021 and 2022 Model Year (DJ) Ram 2500 Pickup, (D2) Ram 3500 Pickup, (DD) Ram 3500 Cab Chassis and (DP) Ram 4500/5500 Cab Chassis vehicles equipped with a 6.7L Cummins Engine.
REASON FOR THIS SAFETY RECALL
Some of the above vehicles may experience an engine compartment fire originating from an electrical short in the Intake Air Heater Relay, which can potentially lead to a vehicle fire with the ignition in the “ON” or “OFF” position. A vehicle fire can result in increased risk of occupant injury and/or injury to persons outside the vehicle, as well as property damage.
It is advised to exercise the following precautions until the vehicle has the final repair completed: do not park these vehicles inside of buildings or structures, or near other vehicles.
SERVICE ACTION
The remedy for this condition is not currently available. Dealers will be notified of the launch of this safety recall by way of established communication methods.
We ask that you please take the time to ensure that your personnel are aware of this communication and are prepared to execute a customer friendly process for inquiries regarding involved vehicles.

Dealer give up 20%, plus the $21,000 fine just to sell the vehicle when they’re not supposed to? Not gonna happen.Maybe I can get 20% off MSRP and sign a waiver.
The remedy that they came up with has just been suspended.I see this exact same recall from 3/12/2021. What's up with that?

Who the hell is Jeff? What happened to Cara? We need answers.Question: For those of you that have received emails similar to this one (see below), are they actually following up with subsequent emails as updates become available? Or is this a bone being thrown and I need to do my own due diligence?![]()

They offered it to me last night. We shall see if that changes today.Dealer give up 20%, plus the $21,000 fine just to sell the vehicle when they’re not supposed to? Not gonna happen.
But that’s the point. If you want quicker action on a build order…it appears that the two higher trims are the way to go.Using the sheet to judge what’s being built isn’t the best idea. Look at what the dealers are getting. Example, Dave Smith at one point had 60+ 2022 tradesmen/Bighorns and 1 limited and a handful of Laramie.
That's still D status.3C6UR5CJ1NG121641 ordered 7/15
