I saw one yesterday at the dealership no fifth-wheel prep but had 7-pin in the bed so I thought it was standard. Why they would not have it on a 3500 HO is beyond me.And electrical and Frame mounts, that's not the holdup.
From production start or order?Sitting at 12 weeks now.
Congrats man! Did you order it with running boards? Where can I find the PN for the ones on this photo? My salesman just sent these pictures a few minutes ago of my truck that was just unloaded on the lot.

I have SRW auto-level no sunroof limited level 1 went D1 today, but my order is 6/11Since we're talking about rumors....I heard that one of the delays is with the rear air level option....only duallies are being built with rear air...if you don't have the rear air option but picked sunroof....that's another reason for delay....my bff and I both ordered our trucks one after another on 6/15....mines a DRW his is SRW...no sunroof for either of us .....mine is built waiting for a train ride and his is still in D....
... and you may be the only person to ever do both - ordering a HD and use the term bff.Since we're talking about rumors....I heard that one of the delays is with the rear air level option....only duallies are being built with rear air...if you don't have the rear air option but picked sunroof....that's another reason for delay....my bff and I both ordered our trucks one after another on 6/15....mines a DRW his is SRW...no sunroof for either of us .....mine is built waiting for a train ride and his is still in D....
What can I say....he's my work wife....haha...it all started with "a Marine and a Sailor walked in to a bar!"... and you may be the only person to ever do both - ordering a HD and use the term bff.
Aye and semper fiWhat can I say....he's my work wife....haha...it all started with "a Marine and a Sailor walked in to a bar!"
They can use some of my bolts to put mine togetherIt seems like a non issue but with all of the ports backed up and demand so high it can affect any part of the process. The bolts for the frame are stuck on a boat? That's a sad thought but that's where we are!
I was thinking they could take the microprocessor chips out of my trade and build the new one...They can use some of my bolts to put mine together
Mine is built and it’s full including sunroof night pack and everything else. There is no rhyme or reason to the random build strategy they use..I’ve got all but night edition ….
Isn't the point of Uconnect5 to push OTA updates?I couldn’t agree more. The Tech Bulletin was sent out on 10/2 so the dealer, FCA and Uconnect should have known and 1 - updated the truck before i picked it up or 2 hit the database as soon as I reported the problem and they would have seen the TSB!
in all honesty, it was a guy on THiS forum who got me the bulletin number before anyone else!! I then passed it along to the dealer and to FCA. Then, magically the regional Uconnect people called me with the same fix! Coincidence? Probably not!
the dealer has been very attentive to the issue - aside from flashing And searching for a TSB. I have their commitment to unwindnthe Whole deal, give me my trade back if the flash doesn’t work. They don’t have to do that.
Can’t push an update if it’s brokeIsn't the point of Uconnect5 to push OTA updates?
I have sunroof and rear air on my SRW mega limited HO. It’s built and sitting waiting for a train ride to Louisiana…and I ordered July 16…. Lots of rumours flying about for sure.Since we're talking about rumors....I heard that one of the delays is with the rear air level option....only duallies are being built with rear air...if you don't have the rear air option but picked sunroof....that's another reason for delay....my bff and I both ordered our trucks one after another on 6/15....mines a DRW his is SRW...no sunroof for either of us .....mine is built waiting for a train ride and his is still in D....
