What did you do TO your RAM today?

Exactley as Matt58 said, it allows you select your frpnt and rear tire pressures, then while filling or deflating, it will honk when you reach that pressure. It became an available option just after my truck was built. I figured I would try adding it and see if it was worth it. Haven't really tried using it yet, so not sure if it is worth while or not.

The annoying thing about it is that it disables itself everytime the truck is shut off. So when you want to use it you have to go into Settings, enable the feature, then go to Apps and actually open the Tire Fill app.

Agree. I think the truck also had to be running as I recall? Or maybe it was just key on.... I've slept since then.

Actually, I think he is talking about the Signature lighting, the thin strip above/below the headlights.

Signaure lighting, how the hell do you turn them off? Not a setting i could find, not ebrake, and the lights off switch doesnt do it, and its not DRLs. Any buddy figure it out? is it a alphaodb thing maybe?

I seem to recall another thread here someone trying to turn them off to not disturb neighbors in the AM.

I have Signature dropout enable: Yes on mine, but I think that has been factory enabled.

Agree. I think the truck also had to be running as I recall? Or maybe it was just key on.... I've slept since then.

I think being in Run will do it,without the engine actually running, but my air compressors don’t run without the engine actually on, so I’ve not tested.

LED Bed Lighting
Added a couple LED light strips to the bed. Simple and inexpensive. I tied in to the existing OEM lights at each end. I think it’s a huge functional upgrade for under $30 bucks.

Yup, if the truck is on, they are on. There is no way to toggle them on/off via radio settings or any other factory equipped provision. You can use AlfaOBD to disable them. The settings changes would be-
CBC Config I/O Usage front park/signature lamp left pin A7- NO

2014 CBC Config I/O & Feat. Front park/signature lamp right pin A5- NO

Signature drop out enabled just means that when the turn signal is used, that headlight’s signature lights drop out.

Thanks guys so now i need to buy a bypass cable, odblink and get the app. All this for stuff that should be able to be adjusted in onboard settings in my opinion. Do we have a list somewhere on common odb changes for these trucks? I know i want/need: windows down, foglights dont drop, turn these signature lights off and sure will discover more things this truck needs modified...

Currently cant take my truck to drive-in, when hunting need lights off, sleeping in truckstops/restareas where lights are rude, LOTS of camping and those lights just dont need to on when running truck to recharge batts. I like the lights in theory but they should only come on when in gear not in park in my opinion...

Installed the carhartt seatsaver covers, nice fit and super easy. The gravel color looks alright in black interior. These dont have backing so vents and heat should perform well

This past weekend I removed the R A M letter badges from the front doors. I also added the "Selectable Tire Fill Alert" option with AlphaOBD. I tried adding the PowerWagon front camera wheel path lines, but evidently the Android version of AlphaOBD doesn't like this. Excuse the dirty truck.View attachment 6109

I’ve never plasti dip wheels. What was the process that you did? They look awesome!

Suuuuuuper easy, LOTS of videos online for it. Google DIP MY CAR and they do it professionally and list a lot of how tos. Basically I tire-shined the black wall, taped off my lugnuts (to keep them chrome, and eventually burnt bronze), then sprayed 4-5 coats. They key with plasti-dip: lots of coats. $6.90 a can, maybe 3 cans. Cheap and reversible, but I’m not reversing it. Just rather not spend $1500 on a color change.

I've been looking for the right image or existing SVG image to make my own on my wife's cricket using cast vinyl (long life outdoor use).

If you're buying, I would lean towards "cast vinyl" products. Anything else isn't going to last.

Took 2.5 tons of yard waste to the dump a couple of weeks ago... used an old beach towel to cover the seat, did ok... but yeah... need seat covers for the limited when I'm actually doing some 'work'...
