What did you do TO your RAM today?

I've got to turn a wrench to put fuel & def in, does that count. Or how I monitored my gauges and reported what they did in what conditions . Any opinions on how we define what each of us does to our trucks

What wrench is that Rich? The little key?

It's not appropriate for this thread. You and a few other members frequently pollute threads with useless drivel and it's getting old.

Yup , my little cap wrench. Just want to let everyone know that today, ( just now in fact), what i did to my truck today was go out in 108 degree weather and sit in the drive through at McDonalds for the wife and then across the street for burger king for me, then we made the truck haul all of our purchased cargo home in the extreme weather. All vitals and gauges performed very we'll under the harsh conditions. Even the dreaded a/c

6 clips and then screw on, I had basically the same one on my 1500 with zero complaints, no chance of it flying off like some of the other brands.
Is yours the one that sticks up or lays almost flat on the hood

Hey, does anyone know what happened to my posts, it appears that my posts have been deleted. If i offended anyone with my with my explanation of what i did to my truck today i greatly do apologize or maybe it was my lack in taste of McDonald's and burger king but hey what can i say, i like them and i had to make my truck work hard in this nasty environment today.

If I click on your profile you've got 1,599 posts and it shows about 10 pages worth - maybe @brutal can chime in and shed light on why In & Out is a superior choice for someone traveling on the west coast. I'm assuming it was him since only mods can do that.

I've had about 4 posts deleted in the last month or so and at some point someone also changed my status under my name that sais well known member to something else that i didn't care for so i had to email a complaint in a month ago. Finally someone fixed it back to well known member, i can only imagine. Well I don't know what's going to happen to my posts, so I just want y'all to know that I've enjoyed our conversations on here and I've learned allot and feel like from time to time I've even added an experience or d.a. idea or laugh or two. Hopefully at some point we can move forward and better ourselves and this forum that we like to partake in. Thanks again for your support and honesty

Rich drops microphone.....walks away..... or does he?

I'm sorry that anybody feels that any post is offensive and nobody should have to endure such treatment in these difficult times in wich we are in.
Inappropriate behavior means conduct that is is "reasonably "interpreted to be demeaning or offensive.
We all definitely need to be cognitive of thread crapping. As we all know conversations can lead from one thing to another. If we join In on a conversation with the same premise and intent of the topic discussion then we will be able to continue an informative dialogue so everyone doesn't have to go searching through thousands of threads to acquire the information that they desire with staying in the boundaries of the topic. If we have something completely off topic that requires several completely off topic discussions then we should start a whole separate thread.
Thread crapping occurs when a person comes into a thread and posts something contrary to the spirit/intent of the thread,
I hope that we all can use reasonable discretion to make this forum an informative and enjoyable experience

@brutal I've not yet experienced any deletes that I'm aware of but if admins on this site are going to just delete threads/posts without notice that seems pretty aggressive. I can understand that we don't want to have this forum devolve into name calling and trolls but it's not very clear when one may cross a line as that seems to be a very personal view.

I would ask that admins at least reach out to the offending party and let them know why their post was removed, possibly by referencing a rule that is broken. Not trying to make your job harder but I for one don't love the idea that admins are going around removing threads/posts they disagree with without notification.

That that for what you will.

Rich was warned several times about the reasons for posts being deleted.

Now he's in timeout.

When my children were in grade school and had conflict with or dislike of their teacher I always told them, "you may be right, but you need to learn that the teacher has the grading pencil. If you don't learn how or when to back off you are going to have trouble the rest of your life."

This past weekend I removed the R A M letter badges from the front doors. I also added the "Selectable Tire Fill Alert" option with AlphaOBD. I tried adding the PowerWagon front camera wheel path lines, but evidently the Android version of AlphaOBD doesn't like this. Excuse the dirty truck.0725201011a.jpg

Understood. Just trying to get a better understanding as your initial response seemed to point to a more, shall we say authoritarian view on admin. Thanks for clarifying.

When you’re filling up your tires, the horn will beep at ya when you reach a set PSI...

Exactley as Matt58 said, it allows you select your frpnt and rear tire pressures, then while filling or deflating, it will honk when you reach that pressure. It became an available option just after my truck was built. I figured I would try adding it and see if it was worth it. Haven't really tried using it yet, so not sure if it is worth while or not.

Thanks, I was never a big fan of the R A M there, they look fine, but I definitely look the look without better, and I have some decals I plan on adding in that location one of these days.
