What did you do TO your RAM today?

The new setup looks good. I have the same tire but on factory 20s and they are quieter than the stock Transforce. Could it be the shorter sidewall contributing to the extra noise?
That’s surprising cause the stock Transforce are almost as quiet as a Michelin they just don’t perform great.

Glad to see more olive pearl brother out here. Looking amazing. What color was the bumper you replaced?
Brother I need your advice. I’m experiencing rubbing with my 35’s since the added weight of the bumpers. Both AEV and truck shop mentioned heavier springs since the factory are soft by design for axle articulating. What are your thoughts?

168 miles on my new truck.
For whom ever might be interested, today I installed a Thuren front sway bar, a Mopar “bed step” and ordered Michelin 295/70R18 LTX MS2 tires to replace the OEM Firestone AT’s. I hope for lower tire pressures and slightly more compliant ride.

Mopar aluminum/rubber pad cab length running boards to go on Friday.

I have had it installed for about 6 months now and think it should come standard with all trucks. The benefits of being able to go into low gear but still be able to turn your wheels on concrete are HUGE when you have a large rv or trailer with heavy weight and you need to maneuver it.

Whether you are on an incline or just need finer control of the trailer, it is super nice to have this option and not worry about if youre screwing up the 4x4 system in the front if you need to turn sharply on concrete.

The only negative that I would say, I wired it into my AUX buttons and the unit doesnt give you any real positive confirmation (other than the light on your aux button) whether it is actually engaged or not. The first couple of times using it I was worried it wasnt working until i tried to full lock the steering and moved forward.

They do provide a button you can use if you dont have the aux buttons. According to the manual they do NOT recommend leaving the system on if you are in 2wd so I make sure to shut it off but again, it would be nice if there was some type of sound or something letting you know you turned it on and off.

That's why putting it on an AUX and setting it to Last State = Off (toggles off after shutdown) was my preference.

Nothing spectacular but have spent the last two days working on mine. Did an oil change, washed it (by hand) and towel dried. Cleaned all glass inside and out, vacuumed the carpet and cleaned and treated the WeatherTech floor mats with tire cleaner. Changed Transfer Case fluid and rear differential fluid. Also cranked my spare down and upon cranking it back up, broke the clip that holds the shaft to the tire winch and spent a half a day fixing that. Whew

Got my first oil analysis back yesterday. First one I have ever done. Could some of you more informed people take a look at it and see what you think ?

How many miles on the truck. Good to see the fuel dilution is low.
17035 total. 5915 for this run. 436 hours total. 144 hours for the OCI. 2450 miles towing during this period.
The amount of fuel dilution was the main reason for running an analysis and glad to see it was down also. Soot was low also.
