Hey when you get the 2-low installed could you please give us a synopsis of install and operation. Like to hear yer opinion. I trust more opinions on here over the bigger web…plus I’m too lazy to research or tube it. Tanks in advance.

New 2024 Ram 3500 HO Limited Night Edition, Granite Crystal Metallic. So far: Mopar molded mud flaps. front black stainless steel license plate frame, Raiders plate, rear Raiders frame, trailer hitch lighted plug, 4 pin trailer adapter with black wiring, Retrax MX Pro, Amazon bumper step, black stainless steel exhaust tip, Covercraft custom windshield shade.

Still need Mopar bug deflector, ceramic coating, touch up paint.

I haven't seen these molded mud flaps on many 3500s, had the dealer mount them, they needed to be modified and apparently were a pain.

The bed step is very nice. None of the instructions or videos mentioned you need to move a wire bundle to install (or maybe it was just me), and once the 2 mount bolts were started, you need to drop the step to mount the brace (again, maybe just me). I did reuse the origional bolt except needed the 12mm bolt for the brace. The original bolts had plenty of threads extending through the nut (at least 2 threads).

Love your front plate!!!

Not today per se, but it is an improvement...... I love it. It's a "Spacekap" from Canada. used mostly by fleets as they are $$$ Built like a tank. Roof is at least 3/8" FRP. Hardware is solid. Thing probably weighs 500 pounds. Snagged this one for a song on FB marketplace. If you look at it just the right light you can still see "Turner Communications" in the gelcoat......IMG_0542.jpegIMG_0536.jpegIMG_0542 (1).jpegIMG_0625.jpegIMG_1297.jpeg

Funny story, just got a call from the tire store, they had 2 Rams in for the Michelin’s, they accidentally got the tires mixed up and put the wrong tires on my truck. I didn’t look at them because I was in a hurry. Anyway they called me and I’m back getting the correct size put on. They are giving me a warranty and new wipers for my trouble. New pics to follow with the correct tire size.
I thought they looked a little short!

After 3 1/2 years, I do not have a warm fuzzy feeling about my batteries, especially after the truck sits for several days. I checked numerous sites for batteries as I wanted AGM but most had only a three year warranty. I checked Costco here in Canada and found AGM batteries that had a five-year complete replacement warranty and for an additional 40 months it was prorated. I bought two and put them in this morning. So now I won’t worry about being stuck somewhere. Another plus is that there’s always a Costco close by where I can get a replacement under warranty if needed.

finished fabbing out my bumper guard yesterday. Some etching primer, bed liner spray and finally mounted it up onto the truck. Now to make the rear bumper match the front.

- Purchased Launch CRP29I v 2.0, Purchased and installed Banks Pedal Monster and Banks diesel and DEF capsPurchased Kaodtech by pass cable, purchased OBLink Mx+, purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+, downloaded jscan for iPhone and Alfaobd for Samsung tablet, saved a copy of current settings, disabled fog light dropout, added weather tech mud flaps front and back, purchased weather tech bug deflector, installed weather tech window vent(all four), Purchased weather tech childseat protector(when i have the grandson), started using Archoil 6500 (love it so far DPF staying at 0%), Purchased Archoil 6400D, scheduled for full Front PPF this week, then i will in stall bug guard. I think that is it for now. Ohhh and purchased a dash am and had it installed. You would think with all the cameras on these trucks that we should be able to treat them like dash cams, just install a memory card and let them all record.

New shoes were put on this weekend. I like the looks. But I don’t like that these tires are somewhat louder than the stock tires. We will see how they are and what I think. But it rides well anyway.

Yokohama G015 285/50r22
The new setup looks good. I have the same tire but on factory 20s and they are quieter than the stock Transforce. Could it be the shorter sidewall contributing to the extra noise?
