I wonder if somebody at that dealership botched the alignment. I just got a set of new 37's, I mounted and balanced the tires myself in my own shop on AEV Saltas, admittedly i had some issues chasing weights on 2 of the tires, but I got it close, and the truck has a vibration over 65mph in the seat and steering wheel, and you can kinda feel a little shimmy now and then at lower speeds, but otherwise it still tracks perfectly straight.
I thought maybe I botched the balancing since I've never done 37's and was struggling. So I took the truck to a good local shop with a roadforce balancer, they said the tires balanced out great for aggressive 37's, less than 3 - 4 onces on each tires. However there was some cupping developing on the front tires after only a couple days and maybe 150 miles of driving. I figured the cupping, like the vibration, was because i screwed up on the balancing. However even after the road force balancing the vibration in the seat and steering wheel remains at the exact same speed.
The wheels and tires I took off for the season, I've had for a couple years, and they're 285/75R18 Wildepeak AT3's on stock rims. I never once had a vibration at any speed with those wheels and tires, and the truck always tracked perfectly straight. I decided just in case I should give them a closer look to see, maybe I've got an alignment issue that's been unmasked and exaggerated by the newer bigger tires. Well, sure enough, my 2 front wild peaks are a little cupped, the rears were perfect. My truck has 37,000 miles on it, always been babied, it's not daily driven anymore, I never got an alignment because I never knew i needed one, the truck always tracked straight and I never had any vibrations or noticeable tire wear (probably because i rotate when I swap them every season). I immediately scheduled an alignment for my truck and expect that to take care of my issues.
I believe an inexperienced grease monkey seriously botched the OP's alignment, and I bet either they let the same guy align it the 2nd time, OR they didn't actually align it a 2nd time. Also it would make sense the appointment took 6 hours if the tech was stumbling his way through the whole process.
If it hasn't been resolved yet, I'd take the truck to a different shop in the area with a known good reputation for tire & alignment services and see what they find.
