If you click on their profile pic you can choose "Start a Conversation". It will open up the screen to send them a private message here on the forum. Clicking on the envelope symbol in the top right-hand corner of the forum page will open your message center so you can check for replies. When they reply the envelope symbol in the top right-hand corner will have an alert (red dot with number) show up on it.

Having the same issues with 2019 1500. Screen freezes. Can't do anything. Yesterday it started going on and off. Can't access alot of the features. Very upset was one the reasons I bought this truck.

2020 Rebel - screen seems to be unresponsive until interior warms up. Pennsylvania, takes 15-20 mins in winter before any response from 12” screen. Sucks if you left audio on USB or need seat heaters since they’re only controlled by screen. 18 months old - way too early to be experiencing these kind of issues…
