TransferFlow Replacement Tank for Hemi

According to the workshop’s feedback, nothing tricky and the work went relatively smooth as instructed in the enclosed manual. During the process, I was informed that the technician requested taking some time to read the manual and be more familiarized with the installation and steps to be followed. Once oriented, the installation continued with no issues. All parts for the new tank were professionally included by the supplier. Truly, well done and well packaged.

Progress note: Am still using the fist full tank and for the first time the truck crossed 650 km, with remaining estimated range of about 100 km (1/4 tank remains). Yet, this is conditional to the gauge’s calibration which is still ongoing.

I’ll post my collective feedback after consuming the second tank.

Not yet calibrated, and, your guess is right, so far.

Based on my observation of this 1st tank, the gauge-pointer tends to stay at “Full” for long, then acts as normal. However, it seems reacting a bit slower (or takes longer reduce), considering the larger tank and hence, a wider spread of fuel across the horizontal area/surface.

I’ll see how it goes with the 2nd refill.

Great news -- Transfer Flow has completed the steps to get an Executive Order (EO), allowing the tank to be sold in California!

This means:
1) California customers can now order this replacement tank
2) Ordering for this tank (regardless of state) will be moved to online from phone
3) Transfer Flow will be calling California customers who have been on the wait list
