Looks like the bolts holding the WDH head either broke or came out from not being torqued down. Id be willing to guess that was the cause as the ball should break before those 5/8 grade 8 bolts shear

Sad to see things like this happen. Nine times out of 10 it’s somebody else’s fault. I know when I tow an 11,000 pounds skid steer people don’t care they think you can stop on a dime pull out in front of you cut you off sad.
