Anyone else gotten an MX4 recently that fit correctly.

I'm still going back and forth with them. They keep telling me to try this and that. All nonsense.

I'm about ready to just tell them to send me a 3rd one and hope this issue is fixed.

Received my 3rd cover Friday. Just went to install it. It’s the worst one yet.

Will not close at all.

Ready to give up on MX4.

Any suggestions for another cover?

I hate hearing this. I’m in process Of installing mine now. I screwed up and installed the rail seals on the outside instead of inside. You guys are right, their customer service is great. They immediately sent me some new seals. They arrived a few days ago, but I was headed out of town. I got them out to install today and it was the wrong seals. Dang it. Now, mind you, all this is my fault for screwing up the original seals. The only thing that sucks is, I leave on Thursday this week, to go to work overseas. Will be gone for 30 days. I probably won’t get the seals in time to install the cover and see if there’s an issue with mine.

I’m sure they will take care of you regardless of time. Ive been going back and forth since December. Purchased Black Friday. I had one on my 2011 F150. Couldn’t have been happier with it. I want this one to work. But…

I think everyone is having QC and staffing issues these days.

This is my 3rd one. Had one on 2020 2500 w/o RamBox and a 2021 1500. Loved both of them

2022 Ram SB bed out of spec? Front is 3 inches wider than the back! WTH?

Maybe this is why we’re having such issues?

The bed has been like that since 4th gen. They should know that.

ETA: Actually, I think the HD bed has always been ~65" at the cab and ~62" at the tailgate.

Guess the chart is measuring somewhere else?

Still, they are tapered and have always been tapered since 1st Gen AFAIK. Might be an inch or so different.

Id assume they are going by width inside the bed close to the floor of the bed, not the bed rails that would make up the extra 2ish inches they have listed

Just installed mine on 22 shortbed and had to re-drill the holes to get a proper fit. Disapointed but it works fine now. The fit and seal isn't near as good as it was on my F150 (was completely waterproof).

Yea. Same. I had to re drill holes. And it doesn’t fit nearly as well as my F150 one did. This one has an extra panel because of the longer bed, not sure if that has anything to do with it?

Anyway, I’m sending the one on my truck back for a full refund, I just haven’t had time to find a box to send it back in yet. It’s a real pain finding a box that big.

I was getting leaking in the rear. Turns out the rubber wasn't touching the tailgate. The cover was too far forward over the bulkhead. I readjusted and pulled it down enough so the front and rear seals were in contact with the truck. So far, so good.

I realized yesterday while I was washing my truck I have the same issue. I'm glad to see confirmation that worked because that's what I assumed I would have to do.
