I've read several posts about the lack of really cold AC in these new 2022 HDs. The posts seemed to be just info posts and no real solution as to a fix, if this is just the way it is, or is there indeed a problem with the AC?
We're getting a heat wave up here in Washington into the 90s and yesterday I cranked my AC on with the fan full speed. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the lack of cold air - there IS none! Sure, it was kinda cool, but nothing like the blasting cold AC in my old Dakota, or other cars I've had.
So do I take this rig in under warranty and tell the the dealership that I want my AC to blow out COLD air, so fix it. Or is the dealer going to just say, "That's the way it's designed and you're just crap outa luck!"
I don't see how this piddly AC would ever handle the constant heat down in the southwest.
