Philip Olson Auburn Washington. I live in San Diego and got sick of local dealers telling me that I had to pay MSRP for factory order. Joined Tread Lightly and got the 1% over invoice coupon, which a couple of local dealers would honor. But then reached out to Mark Dodge and Bud Clary to get pricing. Bud Clary (Phillip Olson) pricing was a bit better, but both guys were quick to give me a no nonsense number.
On a 2021 Laramie Mega Cab Cummins got 12.8% below MSRP and 6.6% ($4,595) below invoice cost. MSRP $74,725; agreed upon price $65,150. The only other charge besides taxes and license was a $165 Doc fee which included temporary WA tags.
High volume dealer isn't for everybody, but was doing a factory order anyway and figured this was the best way to do it in my case. Another benefit is these guys have the factory order process down and get the order in quick, and are able to provide pretty good updates through the build process.
