Last week i was driving on the highway. Out of nowhere, it seemed like i lost OD, cruising at about 70 rpms shot up to about 3k and check engine light came on. In addition, the D indicator had a "4" next to it, similar to if you use the gear limiter.
I was able to pull off, shut the truck down and restart. trans behavior went back to normal. but the stored code remained. PO755, which i think i read has to do with the B solenoid. I do have a calibrated power tune, but i was only in the 3 setting for street. truck has just shy of 45,000 miles on it so i think i am nearing trans service or a flush or something. but for a truck that does not see a ton of towing or hard use i am a bit surprised. has anyone been through something similar?
