Please Post Payload Sticker from Driver's Door Jamb.

Payload is listed on the sticker and every chart. Most often stated as some version of "The combined maximum weight of cargo and passengers should never exceed:"

I don't know why a few members here insist on using this non-existent made up mouthful of marbles "CCC" term.

Cargo capacity DOES NOT INCLUDE passengers and fuel load.

Payload is the only proper term to use.
According to RAM Tech Support yes it does. Call them like I did.

Courtesy of the dealer here is my payload sticker... quite happy with the payload.
I intentionally went light on the build to make sure that even if I loaded the TT up to it's GVWR, I would still have enough payload for everything that is going in the truck.

2024 limited longhorn same package 1950 payload at your payload I would be very happy

Advertised Payload by manufacturers are always a bare bones gasser. Usually single cab/smallest engine 2wd with nothing in the seat or bed. Once you start adding cab, powertrain, and bells/whistle configurations this payload number drops depending on your choices. Hence why a fully loaded 4wd mega will have the smallest PL# and why the door sticker is so important.
Then it gets worse. Start adding people, tools, campers, or any type of gear for work or play, you will get to zero or a negative PL# real quick.
Diesels are meant for towing, if payload is your nead, then a gasser is the best option. If you need both, then estimate your max carry outside the truck (camper, tools, wood, gear, animals, people, etc…) and that’s your magic number for in vehicle weight/payload. Most will need a 3500, some will need a 4500 if the Cummins is a must.
I have a 2500 6.7 but I carry most of my weight in a trailer and keep my truck fairly empty.

This is why it is important to actually weigh your truck and ALL that is in it. My truck with full tanks of fuel and DEF, step bars, tonneau cover, bed mat, mud flaps, odds and ends in the cab, and me weighs in at 8,480 pounds. Leaving only 1,200 pounds of additional payload in a Rebel CTD. Like CelticMopar stated, payload gets eaten up real quick!

So if the RAWR on our door stickers is Ram's number, what is the real number from the axle manufacturer for a 3500 SRW? I think it says 7000# on my sticker.

At least 10,912lbs (4950 kg). Thats the rating for the AAM 11.5” housing and we currently use the 12.0” housing so it’s likely more.

Thats just the axle housing thou, where the RAWR takes other factors into account. The SRW is limited by tires.

At some point the same and suspension also come into play. Ram limits the DRW to 9,750 despite higher tire and axle housing ratings.
