Not wanting to start a flame war but just want to gauge peoples opinions about whether or not they like the mirrors folded in or out. How it looks, they work better one way or another, etc.

Pictures too are welcome!

It's simple....it's easier to leave them folded out than folding them down when you are not towing then flipping back up to tow and adjusting them each time.

Leave em up and stop worrying about it.

For me it has nothing to do with looks. About 90% of the time now the mirrors are folded out. Mainly because I moved out to Kingman AZ and most of the time I do any driving it is long distance driving, and I am going to be pulling the Trailer. So for my short trips around town I leave them out. If you must know, around here if they are out when not towing anything, you are going to "fit in" a lot more.

If I am going to drive long distance without a Trailer then they will most certainly be folded in to save on fuel.

I think i saw your Hellcat the other day with the pink stripe still attached to the front valence 5 years after purchase.

Sweet.

With my single axle they were stowed even when towing. With my DRW they’re out all the time because I can see better that way. More about functionality for me.

Mine are folded in except when I tow. The damn things stick out too far for me. Heck, I had someone clip mine when folded in while I was at a light. they were making a left turn in the lane next to me. Good thing I had already started forward or it might have damaged my mirror.

I just leave them out because I don't like to adjust them and get used to the difference.
On my last truck I would leave them in until I towed. Except I would always forget to flip them up until I was towing a camper on the highway and trying to change lanes.

I always fold mine in and try to park as far out as I can.

When I had my 04 i preferred them down as the glass allowed for a wider view especially for backing into campsites, however I do find that with my 2019 I get a better view with them up.

When towing I flip em out but as soon as that trailer comes off they get stowed. If I had a dually I’d leave them out all the time.
I forget to flip them down when I unhook. Always.

I always keep them up (out), the mirror design-view works better than folded down. after driving a dually for 20+ years I am used to them that way and when hooking up a trailer there is no need for adjustment. Those GM mirrors would be awesome from the factory and if I had them I would put them if I weren't towing.

I keep em up as i tow way to often to be switching them every second day, also i have a much better view when plowing and in general when they are out, and i really enjoy making people complain about them
