Lets see those power wagons

2300 miles, 10 days. Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. Just amazed at what you can see in these states. Pretty lucky to live in one of them.

Somewhere in Northwest Colorado heading to Echo Park Campground near Dinosaur Colorado. This route is out of Craig added 3 hours to the trip.

And a bit of the camp setup. Sitting outside of Bozeman while my son attended college orientation.

Wow beautiful man! Best. Country. EVER!

Photo dump since I haven't posted in awhile...

The only issue I've had with my setup is I sheered one of the mounting brackets on my NH Overland aux battery mount. I fabricated a new bracket myself from some steel plate I had. NH sent me a whole new aux bracket/side plate, but I think I'll just keep the steel bracket I made. Keep the NH one as backup.

If you have some automotive mechanical experience, the instructions were okay. IMO they were on the vague side and not specific for the Power Wagon. One step is to remove the lower grille via 7 retainers accessed from under the truck, which would be fine for a non-PW truck...but we have a winch and some of those retainers aren't really accessible. Read the instructions before you start so you have a good idea of what's going on, you'll notice several steps missing (like reassembly of headlight and grill)...

Headed to the brothers shop this last Sunday and installed the snorkel. Fit right in next to the NH Overland second battery tray with no issues.

I wrote off the snorkel because I too have the NH aux battery mount. Nice to see it works together!

I just went through the instructions and it doesn't look bad. How big of a pain was accessing the hardware to remove that lower grill trim piece with the winch in the way??

I thought my truck was done, but this might be on my list now. I'm tired of cleaning my filter each month. Maybe I can go two months with this haha.

This is probably the biggest PITA. Virtually no access to half the nuts from the underside due to the winch and maybe 5/8" access from the front but the nuts are recessed some. Fun times.

Took the kids to the park and had to get a shot of the truck
