Location
Way North Idaho
It's located on both sides in the rear/lower portion of the bed.

What are these cutouts for, other than letting road spray in?

Thanks.

Mine has the tie downs in that location as well.

As for the road spray, on all the holes into my bed, I used gorilla tape from the under side to cover the holes and flex seal on the inside to seal them all. I have a contractor cap that is a slow camper conversion lol got to keep that dust out.

Must be that Bighorn trim level doesn't get the tiedown hook on that side stamped location. Trying to remember if my last pickup with the Laramie had the hooks there. I never really used them so I don't remember seeing them.

Are those fairly sturdy?

Your picture looks like the loop is there, just around the corner. On the far left of your picture.

They're welded in, so there's no part number to buy. It's part of the bed.

Thanks. Didn't even notice. So they changed the location but used the same stamped bed design as the previous version. Wow

In either case I'm glad it's there but now have to tape the back of that hole to keep water out of the bed.

Likely its a location change for MY24, since those of use with the loops in that location have older trucks.

All fixed, thanks for all your input on here. They are plugged now. If you zoom in, you can barely see where the old stamped cutouts (for the SRW trucks) was open to the elements. I filled them in. 20250227_165311.jpg
