Those loops in my 16 seemed more sturdy than the ones in my 22. They aren't going anywhere but watch how you crank on them with straps.Are those fairly sturdy?
Your picture looks like the loop is there, just around the corner. On the far left of your picture.Must be that Bighorn trim level doesn't get the tiedown hook. Trying to remember if my last pickup with the Laramie had the hooks. I never used them so I don't remember seeing them.

They're welded in, so there's no part number to buy. It's part of the bed.
