Just ordered my 20 HD HO

It's currently in js status, wich she said was shipped to storage an awaiting inspections. So I'm guessing when it clears the inspections an it's kz status or released by plant an getting ready to ship , is probably when ill be able to get it, I'm assuming., does this sound about right

Just keep checking every four hours. Eventually you will get your window sticker.

Hahaha, so annoy them instead of you guys then. Lol

Nahhh… don't worry, actually I find it very educational.
If you can post some pics of what those email status build reports look like it would be awesome (of course with regards of your privacy)!

I don't have any chat reports per say or phone records but i do have Links to the build codes that might help some understand the build process easier.

Any body have the extra aux bank row of switches. What are some ideas that your using them for. I added it for about $145 on my build but not sue what I'm going to use it for. Figured better to get it now than to splice some wiring later, yikes.
Rich, I have purchased some LED lights for the footwells, both front and rear and the wheel wells(illegal in MN), but who cares! I'll be wiring them up to the aux switches. Congrats on the order as well! Its exciting except for the writing the check for it! lol

That's a great idea for use of the aux switches. An thanks I'm excited. Checked on it today an its still in JS status wich they say is storage/ waiting for inspections to be sent. But still no eta as of yet. In all honesty though, its only been 3 1/2 weak since I ordered so, so far the process for me is moving along decently, can't complain. Really i wouldn't mind it going through extra quality checking, be fine by me.

Check the truck good inside and out.

I took delivery of mine today and the issues were minor, but the dealer prep should have gotten 3 of the 4 nits I had.

1. LR door leather panel not tucked under door handle surround panel.
2. Drivers door arm bolster has a minor defect, noted and agreed to just keep an eye on it. If it bugs me going sleeveless or begins to show abnormal wear, replace. They gave me some lame excuse about fixing it would potentially make things worse or it could peel(?). My response was - if you replace the bolster or panel, how could it get worse or peel? I didn't have time to talk to their "repair" guy so I asked them to call me to discuss. I realize the part is supposed to be real cow and there will be some blems, but this is a wear surface and a bit concerning. I had something similar on a wood panel on my car that I didn't notice before I left the dealer and they stiffed me on it.
3. 7 pin to 4 pin flat plug adapter MIA. They didn't have one in parts?
4. Interior prep was not good at all. Dirty, dusty spots, and some residue on some surfaces. I cleaned one up on the leather dash with a damp rag and mild soap. Seems to be OK.

There's been reports that the payload reported on the build sheet isn't very accurate. Mine was dead on to the pound with the door pillar sticker.

One more thing. The block heater cord is tucked up under and just behind the front air dam nearest the passenger side of the license plate holder. I was able to release it from the 1/2 clip it was captured in and pull enough to barely feed it through the lower grill just above the license plate frame.

Doesn't sound too bad then like a whole bed replacement, definitely keep an eye on that heavy wear arm rest. I did read that the block heater cord was tucked up in there an was short, not sure why they skimped out on a short cord. I used to have a duelly 1996, that the cord was plenty long.

All right guys, just got late breaking news from my salesman, not a huge deal but thought I'd pass it on. The extendable rear bed step that goes under rear bumper. Its being held up for all because of the corona pandemic around the world. He said what will happen is, it won't come on the vehicle but you will get a voucher for it so later on down the rd when they get them in you can go to any cjdr an have it put on for free ., or take the buy out of the price of the part + add 15% for the inconvenience. I also asked if he thought they (at my dealership) can just give me the buyout price offmy finall deal, an he said he would check on that. I will be copying an posting this to several threads that I watch.
