Possibly. These BCMs are shared with other vehicles, such as the grand Cherokee, Durango, wrangler, etc. If you notice, a lot of the pin numbers for these settings have multiple functions described, depending on which vehicle the bcm is used in. The pin number (A5) refers to the connector on the BCM, and the wire position on that connector (A is the C1/A connector on the BCM). On the pre-2019 Rams, pin A5 just happens to be the output that drives the bed lights, and on the 2019+ HDs, that output drives the right signature light, so the name of the feature is irrelevant. The developer might have not renamed that circuit for the 2019 list when these trucks just came out, so I would try setting that to YES, along with the A7 setting, and see if it works.
