Shockingly, no. I just reused the nuts that go on the studs and two push pins that came from the old one. I was expecting to have to buy all kinds of clips and stuff.Looks good! Did you have to swap anything from your factory valence?
Mine still hasn’t shown up yet lol.
I just re-drilled the holes like I had to on my OEM one. Not a problem at all. The holes are already marked on the new valance. Are the Lower screw Holes in place for the Plate Holder. Looks like it.
How much was the part and what's the part number? Would it fit a tradesman?

Two of the nuts are a pain to get removed. Post it up when you get it installed.Mine finally showed up today. Had a couple of minutes this afternoon so I swung by and picked it up already.
I should be able to get it tossed on in the next day or two before I drop the truck off at the dealer this Saturday to get the batteries replaced, had to jump the truck the last couple of mornings. Hopefully they can just get it done under warranty without much hassle.
Planning on swapping it tomorrow. Effective January 1 my state longer requires a front plate, so I’ll be leaving that off of course.Tow of the nuts are a pain to get removed. Post it up when you get it installed.
yeah, I just removed my valance this afternoon to bolt in the plow push plates. Those two nuts behind the brackets sucked. At least once they were loose I was able to easily spin them off with my finger tip.Tow of the nuts are a pain to get removed. Post it up when you get it installed.
Not necessary-- I have the 6.7L Cummins, but doesn't matter. I took off and put metal plate on, ref CJC Offroad...Hi all!
Just picked up a ‘22 2500 Bighorn hemi 6.4 and I can’t take my eyes off of her. There’s a few things visually I’m wanting to address.
I would like to remove the crappy misshapen plastic front valance from the underside of the front bumper and am wondering if it is necessary for me to replace it with an ‘intercooler guard skid plate’? Obviously there is no intercooler to protect on this truck but wondering if whatever is behind and above also needs the protection? Everything else seems pretty far up and back enough that the protection at that angle wouldn’t make a difference but want to check if anyone has any advice on it.
Thanks for your patience with me. I’m a newb and this is my first post!
Ive been thinking about taking my front plate off. I go back and forthPlanning on swapping it tomorrow. Effective January 1 my state longer requires a front plate, so I’ll be leaving that off of course.

I was thinking the same a zip disk goes through like butter you could easily carve it out and save the cash for a different upgrade… missed that it was 60$ its not worth the effort for that little of moneyWith a steady hand and a hot knife, you too can make your non-PW valance like a PW one or better!
Yep, looks great and is much quieter off road.Took it off. Put that Carli intercooler skid plate on for looks. As far as ‘skid plate’ functionality I expect nothing from it as it is very thin.

Yeah, I'd end up trying it myself and then spending the $60.I was thinking the same a zip disk goes through like butter you could easily carve it out and save the cash for a different upgrade… missed that it was 60$ its not worth the effort for that little of money
That's why I just got one. I'd have it looking like jaws, and then have to buy it.Yeah, I'd end up trying it myself and then spending the $60.![]()
