Not sure how to do that- I have a 5th wheel.
The 60 gallon fresh water tank on my 5er is all the way aft while the 60 gallon (combined) black and grey tanks are forward of the axles. Filling the fresh water tank full adds about 505 pounds to the rear of the camper, thereby reducing pin weight. Also, ensuring the waste water tanks are empty doesn't exactly reduce pin weight, but it doesn't add weight to the pin.
Also, being smart about how you load your camper can make a huge difference as well. Most units have the largest storage compartments forward of the axles - including pass through, landing gear compartment, under the bed and a wardrobe.
