Just got my diagnosis I've been waiting for. New DPF. The truck has had a MAF, differential pressure sensor x2, pcm updates, and air filter with no major success. My regens went from 20 miles to 266miles. Hopefully a new dpf puts me back to normal. I've personally pressure tested the intake system and exhuast with all passing up to 35psi with built tools. The dealer disassembled the intake horn, grid heater, and charge tube's today for a full inspection and agree the truck is not making any excessive soot. They believe what I do that the dpf is failing. Possible cause is the incorrect pcm files from when the cp3 recall was done.
