MBarber- been reading your forum stuff for a while. I have a 22 Ram 2500 Limited Mega with 6.7 SO and 68RFE. My truck has been regenerating every 20 miles, averaging 37 miles in regen for the last several months. No CEL, just my own documentation as well as oil creation creeping up the dipstick. Ramcares finally convinced a dealer in Norman OK to look at it. They've had it for a month, and are finally attempting new parts - starting with the MAF. I'm waiting to get the truck back to send a sample into Blackstone. However at 2600 miles on the oil change I did myself (by the book - get to op temp, pull filler cap, pull drain plug, allow to drain for at least 30 minutes, pull oil filter once just a drip and continue to allow to drain to reach min of 30 minutes). Truck has 27,400 miles with an August 2022 build date. Purchased the end of October 2022 with 34 miles on it. I use docs diesel fuel and oil filters, and either mopar or filter guard filters.
Anyways, I will update as things move along. The dealer noted that as soon as it went into regen they pulled it in and bore scoped the DPF noting it was clean. They've pulled it for a manual cleaning, test drove it and it started a regwn 27 miles into it. Starcase had them pull the MAF wires then send the readings in, and I believe that is what has led to this first attempt to fix.
