I assume all you do is press the button on the mirror on the left side to cycle the modes between full rear and split view?
Man, we are sharing the pain for sure. Mine is a limited as well and my turn signals and blind spots work, but I could not get the light check to work until a soft reset. My tire pressures are showing. The setting the manual says should exist to turn off the back seat check chime is not there. Buggiest ass truck I have ever owned. My 2018 and 2021 Limited's were awesome.

Did you order the Tow Technology Plus Group? I believe level 1 comes with the digital rear view mirror, but not the DRVM 3.0 with side cameras.
Great question, and no. If you do a build on the Ram website and select the level 1 group, then try to select the tow tech group, it wants to remove the level 1 group and replace the head unit with the 8.4 display. So my guess is that specific selection seems to be for trucks without the level 1 group. I dont know for sure.
That's the "Towing Technology Group". If you try to add that to a Level 1, it does remove a lot of stuff. But the "Tow Technology Plus Group" should be able to be added without removing anything (except for the auxiliary switches, if you have those).
Well removing the Aux switches would be a problem for me. I know they are removed because of the steering control, which is useless. Had it on my TRX. I do better backing the trailer myself.
OK, I found out from the video that there are supposed to be additional cameras above the rear facing lights on the external side mirrors. I do not have them. So now, the question will be can I add them?
Do you have the reverse steering control, aux switches, or none?

OK, I have a clearer picture of the issue now. It would seem that the package with the steering control comes with the side view cameras, and they are not offered anywhere else. I have the mirror and the trailer camera harness installed, so I wonder of the wires for the side view cameras are already in the mirrors, and I just need to add them. All this time i assumed the cameras being used were the same ones that show reverse guidance on the Uconnect unit.
