Looks like a logistics company that manages movement and storage of finished vehicles. It also says that they do "inspection" and "quality campaign support". The "quality campaign support" has me worried. Hopefully they are just back up.

brv10 did his magic and found out that company for me. Hopefully it's just the shipping hiccup for our trucks. On the other hand, my track has finally updated my estimated delivery from TBD to 6/15. It'd been TBD since late Feb. so I guess it's progressing.

Yep, I agree. Look at numbers 181 & 182 on the spreadsheet. scheduled same & day after mine. One started before me but completed the day after me while the other started and completed after me but both shipped right after completion.

I didn't deal with the horrible Ramchat from last year but previously mentioned that I would rather have no info than bad & such incomplete info.
Brv is definitely the saving grace when it bikes to getting reliable info when it does surface

Well my truck had an estimated delivery of June 02 for the longest time. Now it's June 15 as yours. Don't know when it changed. I guess they would be going on the same transport to Koons. I am going to be out of the country between June 22 and July 12. I already gave Koons the heads up on that,

Got the call from Art this morning! My truck is on the ground at MD. Hopefully I can get down there this week and pick him up.

Thank you Anthony for keeping me updated as to where the truck was and what was going on.

Did anyone else notice that their "Shipped" status changed this weekend? Mine went from tbd to Feb 25, 2023. I'm not sure how it changed retroactively to Feb 25, but the person next to me on the crowd tracker is at Feb 21. I asked brv10 if he wouldn't mind helping me out with a status update. It could be a type-o, a change in process around how they classify shipped or something else.

I checked the RamTracker at 4am this morning & it still showed mine with todas delivery date. Missed a call from MD & the voicemail revealed that my truck has arrived there. I went to look at he tracker & it now says TBD instead of today's date.
 
Glad to see everyone getting their trucks after a long wait and few stressful situations im gonna end up being a senior member on here where I decided to go for round 2 but I don’t think I’m alone on it my first order still hasn’t shipped and I don’t think it had the hail damage hold lifted yet either but was kinda weird that when I clicked on the window sticker it now says there is no sticker for this vin #, any you guys ever seen that happen ?
 
That is odd, but my tracker was updated on Sunday to say that it shipped Feb 25th. The tracker has not proven itself reliable.

Is there somewhere else that will give info on the whereabouts of vehicles. Ramchat is well.. you know and the dealership is useless. Suppose to be estimated delivery of 6-4 but i see no updated movement. I dont even know if it shipped. Now i cant even pull up the vin. Its like the truck doesnt even exist now. lol
 
I did find it strange all though I’m not overly concerned about it I already re-ordered and hopefully they move along as good or better than they have been I know I was close to cut off on 23s I got order finalized on 10th and I think on 11th or 12 th dealer said 23 order bank was closed and they are currently awaiting all info on 24s which is really only few months away

1st one got here over the weekend - going through PDI now :)
 
Order number 1 finally came available even though the tracker has it as TBD still today.
But we knew it was at koons sense Feb 2023 waiting on its heater relay recall to be performed.
They tried to sell it to us right before the recall hit. But we were out of town.
Got the email last week about it being completed.
But with the extremely long wait and the life this truck has gone through already. Sitting in Mexico for 6 months and sitting at the dealership for months.
The recalls and the Asian 2022 snap ring transmission issues. We really were not excited about buying this truck.
I asked Koons if we could review the deal of 6% and work out something. They said no. But offered my deposit back. We excepted.

We had placed a 2nd order though Mark Dodge on May 8th and just made it in before the factory cut off the 2023s.

Our plans have changed in the last 15 months and we put a few things on hold while we waited. So why not wait a few more months and get the newer truck. Let's hope I get it before everyone get theirs 2024s. It was tough seeing 2023s driving around while my 2022 sat at the dealership with 4 miles on it.

Estimated Delivery TBD as of today still.

Just thought I would share. Most of my friends and family don't even believe me anymore that I actually ordered a truck.
Ram care and the dealership really didn't care much during extended wait time. Once it shipped, Ram care put it all on the dealership.
Ram care gave me 8 free oil changes for our long wait. But I wanted a free extended warranty, they wouldn't do it. I'm not sure if those free oil changes will transfer to 2nd truck or if I've lost those free oil changes?

Mother Nature beat my 5500 into a Promaster City. :( I am less than optimistic that it will carry my 5,000 lb Lance camper.

Took me a second or two to get it :). Yeah, the hail really beat that one down. BTW, we have a Lance 2285 trailer.

Nice - my parents have a 2375 I think. Ours is a 1062 and a bit of a covid baby if you will - initial quality was poor in many areas, I've spent way too many hours fixing things on a 3 year old camper. Despite all of that we love it..
