2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Anyone got part numbers for black lug nuts? Been trying to find a set for my truck 2022 bighorn dually but every place I end up says they don't fit. Starting to get on my nerves
Very cool, that means there is a lot more progress on the trucks in the spreadsheet than I was interpreting.
In the Vin thread, I do a weekly update, I used Equipment listing to keep track of build counts. as of the last update from the vins that have been shared, we are only 69 units from completion. I will be working on this week's update shortly
Ordered my limited dually feb 24th been built since may 3rd just waiting for shipping. Been watching these threads seeing how so many others are in the same boat
there was an issue, and a post that was shared a while back of 21k units waiting for shipment, what was deduced collectively is that either production ramped up or transportation had a bottleneck and vehicles went to a separate storage yard and they were not FIFO(First In First Out) they were FILO (First In Last Out). while at the same time a while later there were vehicles leaving the factory straight to transportation.

I thought they were done or close to being done with the April and May orders being released, sort of sad that is not the case yet. There have been many similar cases if you go back to that timeframe on this thread. While not the news you probably expected, it is what was witnessed, shared, and observed by the collective hive/mind
Mine had a date in there for about 24 hours while it was in production. Once the truck was built, it disappeared. I could use the inspect function and still see it in there. My truck was built around June 26th, the est delivery date was July 29th. Truck actually shipped somewhere around July 26th, hit port Allen around the end of July and hit the dealer lot on Aug 6th. So in my case, that est delivery date was more like an estimated ship date.
The tracker as we learn and understand its nuances, ar weird and a bit funky. Here is what we have come to the conclusion of, the delivery date is the date scheduled for the completion of the state you currently find yourself in.

for D1/Scheduled for example delivery date is the date expected to enter into production

In Production the delivery date is the date expected to be built (quality control and after outside vendors)

In Built the delivery date is the date expected to be ship (train ticket)

In Shipped the delivery date is the date expected to be delivered to the dealer.

Hope that helps and answers some of the questions posed.

Link didn't work for me, but I was able to find this with the details provided, hope it helps others

Code:
for the general benefit
the /dp/code is what amazon actually deciphers in the links, the description can be removed like shown below and still have a short working link.

thank you @Bombaman for your continued contributions

Ok, thanks. I can build almost the identical Laramie, but not the Longhorn or Limited. Looks like it has to do with the towing technology group. That is not available on the Laramie now.

I would definitely double check with the dealer if you haven't already, bc when i ordered my Laramie the Tech pkg wasn't on the website for the 2500 Laramie, but the dealer was able to add it. ordered 6/18

As of 6/22 it wasnt when I ordered mine. I ended up having to bump trim levels to Limited to get the Tow Tech Pkg. Lane Keep Assist was not available for any trim level, which meant you couldnt just add the Safety Tech group (or whatever its called). You needed to add the individual components of it, minus Lane Keep

Missed the 2500 part. I ordered a 3500. I would guess the same restriction would be on the 25s but who knows….

First new vehicle I've ever owned, much less ordered, so Im pretty excited, but have no idea as to what to expect timewise for it to be delivered. My salesman hasnt been much help either. Order tracking on ramtrucks dot com says it shipped on July 29th, but has no estimated delivery time. Anyone able to search in a way that I havent been able to yet? Thanks! Currently have to carpool with the wife everywhere and it's getting old. Lol. VIN# 3C63R3HL5NG342170

Appreciate it GREATLY!

My wife isn't happy I'm sure, but I've started amassing stuff to go on the truck when it gets here. Anyone else?
Definitely,
60-gallon auxiliary tank/toolbox combo.
Diesel/DEF caps to replace the plastic ones.
24' wiring harness/with quick disconnect to the rear of the truck to allow me to power my trailer (car hauler) mounted winch.

Oh yeah, there is a whole section of the shop that is dedicated. Probably have 10-15 items ready to go on. Some of them significant. 50 gal Titan fuel tank that fits the short bed dually & tonneau cover, swing cases for both sides. These are the significant items that have me a little concerned that everything needs to go smoothly with delivery. A lot of guys have been reporting damage and such. If I have an issue it is going to be a little more difficult to walk away from the deal. These items may not fit a 2023 and they will be well beyond a reasonable return time frame. So my fingers are crossed that all goes smooth and I am continuing to amass the goods, although acquisition has slowed.

I’ve a rear step (China clone of oem), an oem tailgate assist strut/dampener, a mopar chrome bug shield (for front of hood) and a set of 3000# 10’ folding aluminum ramps (for taking the golf cart camping with us). I need to order some in-channel vent visors for the windows, a rubber bed mat and maybe slush mats, either oem or husky - I’ll probably wait on the truck for the last couple.

BTW, I think yours built and shipped at roughly the same time as mine to MD. I was told before 8/9 that the train was due 8/9 but I’ve not followed up. Have you heard anything?

In.
Nitto G2 285s, Battleborn Wheels, Thuren Front springs and x4 shocks, Rear Bed Step, Wireless One with Air bags, CJC Intercooler, Dee Zee mat, Husky X-Act mats, Bulletpoint mounts and KYKR Screen protector. I need to stop reading the threads as the list keeps getting longer.

@QuattroCS posted this earlier (below), see if it helps. A “ship” date means many many things…

Brv10 told me the train was due into Port Allen on 8/7. To my knowledge it's waiting for a car hauler to the dealership.

That's the one thing stopping me from buying the more pricey stuff like a cover or hitch. Murphy's law and the like.

They have already released the order guides for the 23MY and are going to start taking orders on them soon (or may have started today) and they made it pretty clear there are very minimal changes from 22 to 23. Anything your ordered will fit heither model year. Youll be fine.

Sadly i think they are different. Bc i wanted the safety package but couldn't get it on the 2500 but could on the 3500... made no sense... and both were Laramie trims... the more i asked the less it made sense... lol

You can get tow tech on the Laramie ask your dealer as for some reason it’s not showing it available on the build site but it is available !
