Yup...they call KZ shipped. The tracker gets the same info but is waiting to say shipped unti KZM. It's probably not at the factory though. Most likely at the train mixing yard awaiting it's turn to get on the train. The email from Stellantis says shipped.
Awesome! From the looks of your build sheet you and I rolled down the line together, just in different colors. Going to be a beauty! I really had a hard time not going silver, but I've already had a silver truck (the mighty B3000) and the wife wanted granite. My truck, line 1290ish, is KZM according to the dealer and tracker.
Guess I should read..How are you accessing this tracking info? I have a VIN and window sticker
I tried to crack the code, it made less sense than attempting to find patterns in the stock market. The one definitive item that I have been able to pinpoint is that for some odd reason, if your name is tanner, Ram will seemingly take forever to put your vehicle into production.I haven't read every word of this thread, but I spent the last half of night shift looking through the discussion and referencing @OfficerDirtySanchez 's order sheet. Obviously there are variables outside of order date that determine when a customer receives their truck.
I read several posts stating there is no rhyme or reason for the build times and I agree the stages of each build seem to be all over the place. BSM appears to have some significance. I'm assuming it's chip reliant like some other electronics and thus a supply issue. When trying to order a truck from several SC dealers near Charleston, they were unable to spec a PW with RamBoxes. I ordered that option from Granger, Iowa with no problems, and haven't figured that out yet.
I realize the shipping times are going to vary a little based on the destination, but that stage of the order seems to be roughly one month. It's the only stage that has some consistency. With that said, has anyone noticed a particular option, color, trim, or combination that could be associated with longer build times?
Now that's funny.....I tried to crack the code, it made less sense than attempting to find patterns in the stock market. The one definitive item that I have been able to pinpoint is that for some odd reason, if your name is tanner, Ram will seemingly take forever to put your vehicle into production.
KZLD is a delayed status code, expect a long wait for a train@OfficerDirtySanchez status update for Canadian order :
- Line 564 now KZLD
Any fellow Canadian have any clue what's the time from KZ status to the dealer if nothing goes wrong
Thanks!
It can also mean it is waiting at the mixing yard...not specifically meaning there is a delay.KZLD is a delayed status code, expect a long wait for a train
