2022 HD Crowdsourced VIN/Order Tracking

RamChat calls KZ "in the shipping stage"...but they are likely looking at the same information.

The email from Stellantis says shipped.

Congratulations on ordering your all-new Ram! We are anxious to get your vehicle built and shipped to your dealer as quickly as possible and want to assure you that your order has our attention and priority.

We will be monitoring your vehicle order throughout the production and shipping process. We have opened this special tracking file to both help ensure your order is given prioritization through to delivery, as well as to provide you with available status updates along the way.

The vehicle has shipped. We are working with logistic resources to obtain an ETA Window for you.

Rest assured, we remain ever committed to ensuring all factory orders are shipped and delivered as quickly and efficiently as our present transportation capacity will allow and your order continues to have our attention and priority.

If you have any outstanding questions or order update inquiries, we do encourage you to reach out to your ordering dealership for the fastest response possible. Additional email communications provided to this email are un-monitored and will be responded to once additional updates are available to share.

Thank you for your loyalty and we’re proud to have you as a member of the Ram Family!

Sincerely,
Stellantis Information Center

My truck, line 1290ish, is KZM according to the dealer and tracker.
Awesome! From the looks of your build sheet you and I rolled down the line together, just in different colors. Going to be a beauty! I really had a hard time not going silver, but I've already had a silver truck (the mighty B3000) and the wife wanted granite.

Best of luck, hope we're doing pictures soon

I looked at yours too. Very similar trucks! I guess I’ve got a thing for silver trucks. I’ve had about 5 of them! I’m looking forward to seeing it in person, hopefully one day soon. I was pleasantly surprised to see it ship so soon. But it’s not here yet. Time will tell.

How are you accessing this tracking info? I have a VIN and window sticker
Guess I should read..

Found the link to track, but I don't have order #.. the last 4 of it are on my window sticker, but don't have the other digits that I can find..

I haven't read every word of this thread, but I spent the last half of night shift looking through the discussion and referencing @OfficerDirtySanchez 's order sheet. Obviously there are variables outside of order date that determine when a customer receives their truck.

I read several posts stating there is no rhyme or reason for the build times and I agree the stages of each build seem to be all over the place. BSM appears to have some significance. I'm assuming it's chip reliant like some other electronics and thus a supply issue. When trying to order a truck from several SC dealers near Charleston, they were unable to spec a PW with RamBoxes. I ordered that option from Granger, Iowa with no problems, and haven't figured that out yet.

I realize the shipping times are going to vary a little based on the destination, but that stage of the order seems to be roughly one month. It's the only stage that has some consistency. With that said, has anyone noticed a particular option, color, trim, or combination that could be associated with longer build times?

I tried to crack the code, it made less sense than attempting to find patterns in the stock market. The one definitive item that I have been able to pinpoint is that for some odd reason, if your name is tanner, Ram will seemingly take forever to put your vehicle into production.

Now that's funny.....

Anyone know how long it typically takes to get from the rail yard at Port Allen to MD? My truck was unloaded on the 20th and was scheduled to arrive at MD today (30th) according to Ram chat, Ram tracker and Kippie at MD. This morning the tracker’s estimated delivery date went to TBD.

@MTRam When my ETA went TBD after already having a delivery window, it was because it had been put on hold at the railyard for hail damage that they were going to PDR. Hope something like this is not the case for you.

Man, I sure hope Saltillo is far enough inland to break up any coastal storms. My truck should be shipping any day now. With hurricane season upon us, I'd imagine there will be potential for some serious delays, and damage.
