2022 HD Crowdsourced VIN/Order Tracking

As others have said, lots of variables. For me, my original delivery date turned out to be within a day or so of when it shipped. From then it took another 3 weeks to hit the dealer lot. Mine only showed that date for about a day after the truck was built then it went TBD. I could still see the date in the inspect function on the tracker site. Kinda leads me to believe that was the est shipping date.

I seen a delivery date also before it changed back to TBD. It was Oct 16th. Damn, if that date has significance I hope it's the delivery date and not for shipping.

Could just be coincidence that mine worked that way but if you go back a few hundred pages in the mega thread, I think there were some talks of this. FWIW, fretting over it does nothing. My truck took 5 months just to get built and I spent a lot of time pissed off about it. The only portion of mine that went fairly quick was the shipping. It ended up beating my expectations by about a week. The whole experience would have been better if they would have just given me a somewhat accurate window of when I could expect my truck. Good luck with yours.

Looks like we both went KZLD on 08-22-2022. Hopefully we'll both catch the next train.
My dealer was able to tell me that when my truck gets shipped it will end it's train ride(s) in Nashville, TN. Then it will need to be trucked to my dealer.
But my truck is TBD on the ETA.

I went KZLD a few days before that but I am also headed to Nashville. Who did you order through?

My current anxiety level is high anticipating the arrival of my window sticker. I'll hopefully see all options ordered and no "credits:". It will be rage inducing if after all these months (March order) to see something change or not available. Fingers crossed!

I don't know if this helps, but my window sticker matched my build sheet.
Depending on what level of trim you ordered, not all "standard" options are shown on the window sticker.

Have you reviewed your Equipment Listing? It should show more details than the window sticker.

The dealer gave me a 6-9 month window on delivery prior to agreeing to the order. If I get it mid October I'll consider that a huge win. Don't see myself being upset about it anytime soon.

With that said, it does suck knowing that it's built, ready to drive, and sitting somewhere because of railroad issues. I'm afraid the rising inflation is going to make ordering a truck more and more difficult for multiple reasons.

Just got my window sticker a couple days ago from a mid-May order. It matched the build sheet and was exactly like I ordered it. Hope that helps.

My build sheet does have the truck options I ordered., so that is good.. I know one thing, the price is not going to be the same since my March order!

My dealer is honoring my POC from when I ordered. As they agreed, not my fault it takes so long to get a truck after it is ordered.

All sold orders are price protected to when the order was placed. If the dealer is telling you anything different, they are trying to gouge you.

Is this in writing somewhere? I made a lot of assumptions when I ordered., including the POC was my price and the wait wasn't going to be nearly as long as it has been.

Shame on me for making any assumptions., I know.

I can attest to this as well. This is canadian perspective anyway. But ive dealt with a few dealers and once the deal is signed thats it price locked. I believe i got the 4.49% rate. Kicking myself for not ordering a month earlier at 2.99%. Ontop of this the two main dealers i use always assure me that during the build time line. IF a better program comes out they will apply that instead.

But i would agree, if youre being told you arent price locked when youve physically signed and provided a deposit, they are completely out to lunch.

They have a deposit, they have my signature on the POC. So, I guess I have some ammo when this thing arrives.

Hahaha yep ill say, you signed the deal and agreed to the terms. Not youre fault if it takes 8 months to build a truck

Don't know if it is in writing...but mine came back exactly the same...and there were several price jumps between order and delivery.

None of the paperwork I signed confirms a locked price. The paperwork says the manufacture could change it, and the dealer could in turn change it. However, I was assured it was locked with the POC. So was the interest rate. However if incentives are better at the time of delivery I can get those.
