2022 3500 Creaking Noise In Steering Column/Wheel

There is a TSB and an RSU out for steering shaft noise, specifically for 2022 model year 2500 / 3500 trucks. View attachment 70034

Dang I wish I had that when I took my truck for them to look at. I'll take it with me when I bring the truck back to them for the clock spring replacement.

Update on my issue. Dealership replaced the clock spring today and it’s quiet as a field mouse now. Thank goodness!

2019 3500
I get a clicking low speeds left or right. I’m just now over 100k on the odom. Will seek a clock spring diagnosis.
Anyone else a tad older than the 2022 or newer I’m seeing frequently on the thread

Minor click sound in turning left and right our 2024 Ram 3500 steering wheel at low speeds. Our nearest Ram dealership we purchased from is 71 miles south. I've decided it isn't worth fixing.

I've noticed a click noise on right turns only when I am not using the turn signal.
