Swiveling headlights? That a Power Wagon thing only? I totally missed it if it was an option Yeah, monotone was a key reason I got the 75th. I like the subtle Power Wagon on the side vs the larger banding on the truck bed of other versions. That plus the headlights and full front center console instead of the jump seat were key drivers. My GTI had the swiveling headlights and I really liked them. These worked great on the drive home last night.
Care to share the checklist? Would be nice to have a starting point for these over-the-phone transactions. I remember my last one I Facetimed the salesman and right before going final on a truck in stock, and there were running boards on it and the interior color was different... kinda funny actually, but in a sad way. When my truck arrived at Mark Dodge, I got a text.
Next day, photos, and a call with Aaron's right hand man. We went over my checklist.
Bank wired the money the next morning. Zoom meeting that afternoon to finalize paperwork.
Vehicle transport truck picked up truck a few days later and it was delivered to the west coast in three days.
Price was amount agreed on at time of order, minus an addition $1000 rebate Aaron was able to get at the time of sale.
Ended up being 14.25% under msrp.
I'd buy from them again.
Mind to share where you read that Mexico shuts down June 26 for retooling? Curious to read more about that if there is more. I’ve been looking for info about the plant & it’s plans.I read somewhere that fleet was cancelling 2021s which got me worried also read that Mexico shuts down June 26 for retooling and 2022 production starts July 26
Here,s one form 2022 orders https://www.donlen.com/manufacturer...-trucks-build-out-final-order-start-up-dates/Mind to share where you read that Mexico shuts down June 26 for retooling? Curious to read more about that if there is more. I’ve been looking for info about the plant & it’s plans.
Longhorn, Limited, and 75th Anniversary only.I think it's in the Larime package and in the 75th PW package
I have a limited mega cab, and my dealer estimated July 9th. I wonder if they built that specific model really late. It's a bit frustrating because it's literally the most money you can spend on a Ram, and it was shunted to the back of the line. You had a Limited Megacab as well didn’t you? I raised holy hell with my dealer about a week ago and I am now being copied on updates from head office. This forum has been invaluable in debunking the cookie cutter excuses I’ve been given for months. I almost had them admitting that it is their quotas and model ordering limits that has caused my delay especially with my dealer getting their own stock of Limited models before customer orders
I’m now supposed to have my truck shipped out by end of month now that they are scrambling to expedite it
Just sell it back to them , it will be sold off there lot in a week with the backlog of shipments and people waiting. Plus i bet you can get more then you bought it for , my son just traded his 2019 bighorn for a 2021 laramie and got $55k for it with 41000 miles ! That is $10k more then he paid for it in 2019 !LOL no it just arrived at Mark Dodge. 2000 miles is approximately what it will have when I get it home. I'm picking it up in a week and a half.

You call it complaining ,I call it a comment and heres another comment for you. If I were waiting 5 months for a VIN, I would have to "complain" with whoever you ordered it with, if they ordered it at all because if you don,t have a VIN yet I would assume you are not going to get a 2021 because production for them is running out fast and there are members in the 2022 thread that already have a VIN so in my own opinion your not getting a truck any time soonI wish you would stop complaining about long deliveries! If I was getting a truck in 5 months like
you are I would be happy! How would you feel if you were waiting over 5 months and not even have
a VIN yet?
