<div class="bbWrapper">I’d like to get a new 2021 but I read about UConnect 5, which won’t show up until this time next year. Anyone think it would be possible to go from a 2021 unconnect 4 to a 2022 uconnect 5? I know some hardware would need to be changed. <br />

Be sure to follow the instructions and update to the latest firmware and it works like a champ, takes about 10-15 seconds to sync up while the car starts and then it works great every time.</div>

just leaving your phone in your pocket is really handy though for short drives.</div>

Be it the new USA factory, new transmission, new anything else, I'm OK with what they have ben building for a couple years, and hopefully know what they are doing. We have a couple of the new Ford 10-spd's in our company fleet, and I did not like the way the gears were so close. Why have a 10-spd if you are in 10th at 35 mph. When I drove it, i was in 6th by 25 mph, and 10th by 35 mph? That and the 6.7 Cummins felt like a comfortable slipper compared to the 2004 5.9 I am replacing,<br />
