I guess I should have thrown road noise in there too. I thought the Trails were a quiet tire, until they wore down a bit. Still could have a conversation in the cab with the windows up no problem. The Pros start out a little more noisy than the trails, but I don't notice unless I have the...
Just wanted to throw this up here. Had a set of the new RT Pros mounted and balanced today for my 2020 Power Wagon. All stock suspension minus the Bilstein 5160's all around. The wheels they are mounted on are Method MR315 +25 offset. Tires are a 37x12.50R17. Initial impression is I like...
Have the RT Trails on currently and love them, but my RT Pros just arrived this morning….having them mounted tomorrow. I was looking for a little more aggressive tire and they look like they’ll fit the bill. 37x12.50r17 on both
Id be surprised if you saw a difference if you're already getting that kind of mpgs. I have 37's with a rtt and normally carry a couple hundred pounds of gear in the back too, and Im averaging 12-12.5 at this moment. Mostly around town. Im getting 14.5 - 15 on the interstate, 70 mph or less.
So the center bushing(that cannot be replaced) in both of my front control arms are torn. Sounds like loose body mounts, but after checking the torque on those bolts, they are fine, and I found the torn control arm bushings that I think are making the mystery noise. Learned that Ram wants you...
With what I haul all the time (RTT, rack, gear that stays on the truck) and the 37's I average 11-12 combined mileage, which includes remote warm ups right now. But mostly around town driving with a smattering of highway running where I try to keep it 70 mph or less... It may improve with...
So after having theses 5160's on for a few days, wow! I can easily take the FSR's and trails I ride here a good 10 mph faster with these shocks. Not that I'm too worried about the speed, but that's just how much better these guys are. Impressed! Glad I did some searching. Found all four in...
So I just installed a full set of 5160's on my Wagon....Now I have fallen down a rabbit hole of how to mount the reservoir......I still havent found a concrete answer to the question of the orientation of the remote reservoir. I have them mounted similar, but now I am not sure it can be mounted...
They are 17x8.5 with a +25mm offset. With the Toyo RT Trails running a little small in the 37 inch size, it seems to be just about the perfect combination for overlanding and some moderate trail use.
Ive noticed the slightest bit of rub on some of the rougher parts of the trails I run, with the sway bar disconnected, but not enough to worry me in the least.
