Currently in the backwoods but got momentary connectivity and a voicemail from dealer saying my truck had arrived. Will be picking up and posting pictures when I’m back to civilization next week.

Anybody else had a problem with their truck inadvertently slipping into reverse? Txt from my dealer 4 weeks ago told me that truck had arrived at the final rail stop in NY awaiting truck ride to dealership. Today, I get a txt saying it's on its on the train to the final rail stop. After...

I hope so :)! and - Yup - dealer confirmed (before the hacking I suppose) that truck arrived there.

Figures :rolleyes:. Can't complain, though - my truck was built and shipped from Saltillo quickly.

Thanks - final rail terminal is Mechanicville. Dealer is on the CT shoreline.

Yikes - from all accounts, mine has been up there for a couple weeks now. Its been radio silence since I heard it'd arrived.

Where/what was the other truck? If in the NE, did these come into Mechanicville by train?

What have they got against buyers in Dallas??!

Interesting - the same happened to me (a little under ~$2K but the first email was the day after I placed my order, too!). I forwarded to my salesman and asked them whether they could apply it. Took about a week but he did get back to me that they had attached to my purchase. Now just waiting...

I'm in same situation as you. Have a Jan appraisal from the dealer on my trade-in but will likely have ~1K more miles when comes time to trade in. I plan on getting a competitive trade in appraisal (e.g. Carmax) to ensure I know what I can get going into the final deal. So far blue book value...

Got a status update from the dealer today - truck arrived in Bison, NY (Norfolk Southern's Bison Yard in Buffalo, NY?) on 3/22. ETA to dealer is still 3/31-4/18
