2022 HD Crowdsourced VIN/Order Tracking

To be honest, I have no idea. I just found you guys a few days ago, and I'm not familiar with a lot of the jargon on this site yet. I have put my VIN on the spreadsheet, but I cannot see a build sheet or window sticker yet. Which is strange, as trucks that were ordered after mine already have some of that info. My order is grouped with four other trucks with the high output engine, and all four have no additional info.
However, there are trucks ordered after ours with the standard Cummins that have a build sheet/ window sticker. Is it an engine issue?

No its a Ram issue. 1000+ trucks on that tracker and no one has yet to crack the code on build order or delays.

The VIN lookup will only show an Equipment Listing when the truck is being built.

I’ve been watching the HO’s on the spreadsheet closely as I’ve ordered on 22-01-13 and up til today had no movement. D1 today with est ship date 22-04-13 so fingers crossed they got more HO’s in the building and will be pushing them through.

I had been going through Ram Chat and my dealer for status updates and after seeing you got some traction with a phone call I called Ram Chat and spoke to Yolanda. She asked how come my case hadn't escalated yet (ordered 12/23/21) and I wasn't aware that was a thing. I asked if I had to have the dealer do that and she said she would do the case escalation based on the fact nothing has happened since it was ordered. She said I should hear something from them in the next 2 days about what's going on with the build.

Got a status update from the dealer today - truck arrived in Bison, NY (Norfolk Southern's Bison Yard in Buffalo, NY?) on 3/22. ETA to dealer is still 3/31-4/18

Yeah not sure if it was purely a coincidence, but after my case was "escalated", I began to see more movement.

i had a similar experience. after 4 months of waiting, in late jan i called customer care/ram chat twice and was told they could not find my order. both times i was told someone would get back to me within 24-48 hrs. nada. called a third time and was told my order would be escalated to a "brand mentor" who would get back to me by email. Cara reached out on Jan 27 and said i was in the system and she was going to prioritize my build and subsequent shipping. it finally went to D1 mid feb. with an estimated del date of 2/21. obviously, that was an overly optimistic projection. I sent an email back asking what happened to the priority treatment and i got a typical standard answer. new ship date of 3/10 was set. on 3/9 i was still D1. dealer contacted me on 3/11 that i was finally KZ. i just wish i knew if it was sitting in the yard waiting to be loaded or is en route. called ram chat but all they would say is it is "in transit" with a delivery date of 4/6 - 4/30. and the wait continues! good luck.

While I'd like to say this makes me feel better, it sounds like my expectations should remain "cup half empty". I saw your build on the spreadsheet and noticed you're "that guy" that none of us aspire to be as it seems you are the forgotten one. I see how others around have had their trucks for a while and you are still clueless as to when you may get it. I wish you good luck and hope you see your truck soon.
 
Was told yesterday from the dealer that I’m JB, and today ramchat said I was “in the shipping stage and it could remain there until it arrives at the dealer.” I have an EL but no window sticker yet, so I’m not sure where that leaves it. I’m assuming it’s KZ but not sure?

Thanks, I appreciate the sympathy. I just hope I do not end up waiting for several more months on the back end like crockkc and barracuda2r. They both went KZ in late Jan and have yet to share the good news of their respective arrivals. My hubby says I spend too much time trying to track it when it's something over which I have no control. I like to think that if I had left it to Ram, our order would have fallen off the books back in Jan when they couldn't find my VIN/VON. I am not a wait and see kind of gal.
