Howdy all,
Not what some of you may be liking to hear but I had to go through this for almost 9 months of new pulleys, belts (multiple manufacturers) bearings, align this and that and then the rest of the front end of the engine. Ultimately I ended up having my truck bought back by FCA. Please...
Update 04 June. I went to arbitration due to 9 repairs and the truck needing a 10th it was determined that my truck is to be bought back by FCA. The mechanics and engineers of FCA were unable to determine the cause. I know others are having the same issue and recommend that you keep notes of...

All components on the front of the engine (AC pump, Alternator, Belt, Idler Pulley, etc) have been replaced. I am a little afraid to drive it due to every other time the issue coming back. Since all of this started I have been without my truck for 26 days. I am hopeful that it is fixed this...

Ram returned to the dealership again this morning. Diesel tech came out and acknowledged significant wear and fraying on both sides of the belt. They like me are at a loss because they have done everything from replacing the belt multiple times, multiple pulleys, re-aligning all pulleys, etc...
I took my truck to the dealership this morning and the shop foreman said he isn’t sure if the “stuff” in the picture is abnormal. He rubbed his finger on the surface of the belt and said everything seems normal. He asked me to bring it back on Monday morning to have his diesel techs look at...
