Ranch Hand is a great guard, I have on my 2016 Ecoiesel. It would have been my first choice for my 2020 3500 but I didn't like its mounting design. I especially didn't like the two top mounting straps over the bumper or the associated trimming. Thinking Ranch Hand needs those top strap...

When my Ecodiesel is in active regen, driving in town with frequent long stops at major intersection stop lights I put it in Park, keeping the RPMs at 2000-2500, it has never stopped.

Does that mean a regen will continue/complete if stopped and idling?

I'm a bit confused on this subject. Is there a Minimum RPMs to keep the regen on? If so, what are the minimum RPMs to keep the regen operational? Won't it turn off if it gets below the minimum RPMs?

My 2020 factory lights are the best I've ever owned. I have two trucks with excellent 55w HIDs and my 2020 factory outshines and has better coverage than the HIDs

If the "box" is the Aux Switch, yes the fuse would be inline. An appropriately sized relay is required if the air tank pulls more amps than the Aux Switch ability. Or a selenoid as @AH64ID described.
