OEM Tailgate Light Bar

I want to add an OEM tailgate light bar to my 2020 2500 for additional rear visibility. Don't like the full width led strip lights, look kinda cheesy to me. I found Tailgate Lamp Bar - Mopar (68362184AB) but it seems weird they list the 1500 & 3500 fitment but not the 2500. The mounting holes are there so I'm wondering if the plug is there also? Has anyone installed one of these and where did you wire to?

I installed aftermarket bars on my 2016 and my 2020. There is no plug. I tapped into the trailer plug harness running lights lead and ground to body

Ahh figured this all out. Funny thing is I had asked about this two years ago and totally forgot smh.

I've never seen one installed. Does this provide light when backing up or is it for general visibility?

It is required for oversized vehicles. Ram Duallys have them. All big rigs have them

I installed the OEM light on my 2019 2500, I believe it was the AA version and now upgraded to the AB. Ordered it and the plastic inserts and screws, had to cut the connector off and wired to license plate light. I like the look driving at night!

Here's the connector for it. Could be possible to swap harnesses if all the other plugs are there? Would need someone that has it to chime in to get the harness part number though.

Is it on all the time with the tail lights? Or just with the brake lights? Does it have reverse lights or turn lights?
