Did the dealer inspect the truck? I had an attaching screw come out and the sensor dislocated. All the lights you describe. I found the screw missing and stopped by NAPA and installed a new one in their parking lot. Never a problem since.

With remote start you are limited to 10 minutes. You only get 2 go rounds and then you have to do a normal start.
