Wish I knew what my 2020 HD.HO 3500 was, can't get aftermarket stuff to fit right unless I knew what "Gen" it is, I don't know how to find out.

Not a big deal unless you are ordering aftermarket parts, then you need to know, I ordered rear seat covers and based on the 60/40 split the seat cover company sent 4th gen , and they don't fit without cutting to access the seat belts, wish I knew what my 2020 3500 is?

I have SRW 2020 3500 HO and hauls my camper much better than my 2013 2500 did, much better sway recovery, I'm guessing due to automatic air suspension compensates very quickly. Our camper is 2019 Adventurer 901, if that helps

Kathryn, how about fixing the horrible seats in my 2020 3500, can't take long trips without extreme back and leg pain

Maybe difference between 2500 and my 3500, my 2013 2500 I traded in, was great but these suck for us 150-160 lb people

What Doug said, it's great, just have limit your drive through fast food places sometimes

The exhaust brake is really good if in tow haul mode, the transmission still has a waggle between 1st to second or second to third, have not had mine long enough to figure it out or have not stomped on it hard enough to figure out which it is, but it's an aisin so my brother who is a tranny...

2020 Ram 3500 has the worst seats ever, though now I have a new chiropractor as a result and he loves them! He gets good business every time I have to travel more than 60 miles.

Thanks for that, and I have tried all positions, even had a chiropractor come outside and look at the seats, he thinks the design needs more bolstering at the back of the bottom section, and more support in the lumbar area.
