Depends on what state you live in.

How long are the emission systems covered under warranty ?
If your vehicle is certified for sale and is registered in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington, some emissions parts and performance are covered for 5 years or 50,000 miles while others are covered for 7 years or 70,000 miles. Additionally, vehicles registered in California (as I read it) must be repaired (under warranty) within 30 days.

For all others (in the United States) here is an "at a glance" warranty description:

Thanks for the information . The reason I asked Jason other forum a guy with a 2023 Dually had spent a total of over 4 k related to DPF problems his dealer said were not covered under warranty . I thought the guy was getting screwed royally by the dealer .

It gets pretty specific about what parts are covered and for how long:

5.1. FEDERAL EMISSION WARRANTY
A. PARTS COVERED FOR FIVE YEARS OR 50,000 MILES,
WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST
If your vehicle is equipped, federal law requires FCA US LLC to warrant the
following emissions parts for five years or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs
first.

B. PARTS COVERED FOR FIVE YEARS OR 100,000 MILES,
WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST
If your vehicle is equipped with one of the following parts, this Federal
Emission Warranty covers that part for a period of five years or
100,000 miles, whichever occurs first, calculated from the start date of
the Basic Limited Warranty as set forth in “section 2.1 E”.
In addition to the parts listed below, Air Conditioning (AC) components
whose failure would increase the emissions of AC refrigerants as a result
of a defect in materials and workmanship are also covered under this
warranty.
NOTE:
Where applicable with covered parts, associated plumbing, mounting
hardware, gaskets, O-rings, and wiring harnesses are covered. Where
parts are scheduled for replacement as required maintenance, this
warranty applies until the first scheduled maintenance point listed in the
Owner’s Manual.

As you can see, the DPF is warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles. Back in 2017 when I purchased my F350 DRW I put my first 100,000 miles on it in ten months and very quickly ran out of warranty. It's kind of ironic - diesels work best when they are driven but the more you drive the sooner any warranty expires. After the warranties have expired if you slow down problems that would have once been covered but are not start to crop up.
