Uconnect 5 8.4 disply issues

Hello I have a 2022 Ram 2500 with the Uconnect 5 with 8.4" Display. My unit started acting up a couple of weeks ago by first loosing all the station presets. Then the screen would go blank
Then my profile was lost. I reset everything and it was working until a day ago when the touch screen stopped responding. I took it into Chapman Dodge in Scotsdale Az and their first response was that the issues was cause by my iphone
Has anyone ever heard of such a thing happing?

unfortunately I don't know what version Software it is running
It is at the dealer now and I could not get any of the touch screen buttons to work.
It is a 9 month old Ram 2500 with Uconnect 5 with 8.4" Display
